Yesterday afternoon we held the first of many IIS Customer training sessions in the Irish Head Office.
Held by Morgan Browne, CEO, and Sally Poff, Operations Director, we welcomed in 12 of our customers from a number of companies.
Yesterday’s session was focused on CRM and Sales Opportunities within SAP Business One. Customers that attended got the opportunity to gain a greater insight in to the solution they use everyday and have gone away with the knowledge to allow them to get their jobs done more fluently!
The capabilities of SAP Business One when it comes to CRM and Sales Opportunity management had been overlooked by many and the general consensus yesterday afternoon as a result was that the training was more than worthwhile.
It was a resounding success, not only allowing for some of our customers to garner some further familiarity with SAP Business One, but also providing the opportunity for us to get to know some of the newer IIS customers, putting faces to the names of those with whom we speak on a regular basis.
